If you’re planning a vacation this summer, make an effort to plan your outings and accommodations so that you can easily walk or take public transit as opposed to driving your car.
Making your holidays more ‘foot-friendly’ is not only better for frugal living but you can also see a city or a town in a different way. Besides, driving in unfamiliar places can be stressful and getting lost could lead to more fuel money being wasted. Navigating on foot relieves some of that pressure.
So get to your destination, park your car, save your money and enjoy!
