For the sake of your frugal living goals and not exceeding your utility budget if we wind up with a dryer than normal summer, use what Mother Nature provided and use it wisely.
To save water with ease, direct your downspouts and any other runoff points towards your trees, shrubs and other plants that would otherwise require a significant amount of water to keep healthy. Or, if you don’t already have a rain barrel to collect rain water that you can repurpose in your gardens, it’s time you made one.
Keep your lawn and gardens healthy and happy this summer with a few frugal living tips.
